of items ( slate sandstone, slates, quartzite, limestone or granite
) are not trademarks registered by us or anyone else. They simply
describe the color of materials or the location of quarries (
under the TRIPS regime ). In case there are captions (i.e. Indian
Autumn Slate or Tropical Green Granite of imperial White Granite
etc.) these are the descriptions under which the materials are
exported from India by most exporters. In case such captions are
registered trademark in any country which we are not aware of,
it is not necessary that our Indian product will be the same as
the product with a registered trademark.
